1. About the Dataset
Our dataset is collected through Inlivo (inlivo.com) and provides real-time tracking of human nutrition and health behaviors, offering:
✔ 130+ health parameters, including macronutrient & micronutrient intake, lifestyle behaviors, and proprietary health scores
✔ 200,000+ anonymized users contributing dynamic, AI-powered data
✔ Data for AI modeling, chronic disease risk prediction, and personalized health research
The dataset is designed for authorized business use in AI research, healthcare analytics, insurance modeling, and product innovation.
2. Legal Authority & License Grant
By accessing this Dataset, you confirm that you have the legal authority to represent your organization and use the data in compliance with industry regulations.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for:
✔ AI-driven analytics & machine learning modeling
✔ Chronic disease risk research
✔ Insurance underwriting & actuarial risk assessment
✔ Consumer health product development
We retain full ownership of the dataset, and this license does not grant any ownership rights or intellectual property rights beyond the specified use cases.
Users may not sublicense, resell, or repurpose the Dataset without explicit written permission from Inlivo BG JSC.
3. Compliance & Data Privacy
The Dataset is fully anonymized and compliant with:

9. Termination & Data Misuse

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Bulgaria.
Any disputes must be resolved through binding arbitration in Bulgaria, and users waive their right to participate in any class-action lawsuits related to dataset access.
If arbitration is deemed unenforceable, disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bulgaria.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inlivo BG JSC shall not be liable for:
- Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the Dataset
- Any decisions or business outcomes based on the Dataset
- Regulatory fines, penalties, or financial losses incurred by users
